Playing Blues Piano - How to get started playing blues piano.

This is primarily a blues site...however I just have to add a section on the penny whistle (or tin whistle). This little instrument is wonderful! Like the harmonica the penny (or tin) whistle is easy to learn but deceptively difficult to master. In the hands of a good musician, the Penny whistle sounds GREAT!!     If you've heard the haunting sound of the Low Whistle and the penny whistle in RIVERDANCE or TITANIC (the movie) you know how good these instruments can sound. Joannie Madden (the queen of tin whistle) plays awesome sounding Celtic and Irish folk tunes on both the penny whistle and the Low Whistle. A quick listen to any of the "Cherish The Ladies" CD's will let you hear Joannie at her best.     Just like a virus, once you pick up one of these these instruments and start playing, you won't be able to get rid of it.
